<<< Growing up in the twin cities as a young boy, my dad would take me fishing on weekends. During the summer months I fished the Mississippi River almost every day. When I got older I started fishing walleye's on Mille Lacs Lake and got hooked. I now have a passion for walleye fishing. I started tournament fishing in 1990 and since have had the privilege of winning several. As for guiding, well that is what I enjoy most.

In addition to guided Walleye trips, Jim Trombley also fishes Walleye tournaments like the Wave Wacker on Mille Lacs, The Angler Young Angler Series on Pokegama and many others.
